Description

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in East Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

Project no: 1622900-220068.01 Work generally consists of pavement demolition, excavation and backfill, underground utilities, base course, paving, pavement markings, storm drainage, airfield lighting and signage, topsoil and re-seeding of disturbed areas, and other site improvements. The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. The current engineer s estimate, provided by TO Engineers, is $17.6 million. The Airport has applied for FAA grant funds which will fund 90% of the project, and if successful, work will begin in August 2022 and be completed in 2023.
