Upon notice of acceptance of Bid, the successful Bidder shall, within five (5) calendar days of said notice, furnish to the Procurement Officer a faithful Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bond(s) in the full amount of the contract, conditioned upon the faithful performance of all covenants, conditions, and stipulations under the contract. The start date of the 2022 Program is specified as on or after June 1st, 2022. The start date of the optional 2023 Program is specified as on or after June 1st, 2023. The 2022 program consists of removing and replacing approximately 21,000 square feet of existing concrete sidewalk, 100 square feet of existing concrete driveway, 20 lineal feet of existing concrete curb and gutter, and 200 square feet of detectible warning tiles. This work will occur at various locations throughout the City.
