Bids will be received at Pontotoc Community Center, 100 W. State Line street, Fulton, Ky. The project involves all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services necessary to renovate the existing offices of FCTA and construct a 2,400 square foot addition. 1. Bid will be valid for 30 days after bid date. 2. Bidder will furnish Bid Bond for 5% of bid amount. 3. Successful bidders will furnish and pay for Performance and Payment Bonds. 4. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. 5. Materials and Subcontractor lists must be completed and submitted in envelope with Form of Proposal. 6.
