This Request for Pre-Qualification is an invitation to General Contractors to submit proposals for the provision of General Contractor services for an Emergency Egress Window Replacement at the referenced properties. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, targeted window replacement, flashings, trim, and cladding tie-ins.
