Firms/Individuals who are interested in providing services requested under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) must submit six (6) copies of their submittal containing the information specified in this section. The submittal shall be one (1) unbounded original and five (5) bound copies of their submittal by the date and time specified. The submittal shall be received in hard copy (printed) version by: Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department, 615 East Worthey Street, Gonzales, LA 70737 on or before the date and time specified in the Schedule of Events. Electronic submittals are permitted via website. However, six (6) hard copies must still be submitted within 24 hours of the submission deadline. Failure to submit the required number of copies may result in a finding of non-conformance. Originals should be clearly marked. Electronic Responses are accepted at Central Bidding. For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814. All addenda, corrections and responses to this public notice shall be posted to website. All questions regarding this RFQ package shall be submitted to the Purchasing Department via email at purchasing@apgov.us by 5:00 PM on February 23, 2022. Responses will be coordinated with the Coordinator and posted on the website by 5:00 PM on February 28, 2022. The Ascension Parish Government shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid or response to RFQ/RFP due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet or mail. The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to Request for Qualifications or Request for Proposals, if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. Must comply with the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners standards. Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, response to Request for Qualifications or Request for Proposals for just cause.
