Scope of Work: The project consists of all site work, structural work, and building components as shown on the referenced plans. Offerors are also welcome to submit questions via email to jmclaury@L2engineering.com. Only questions submitted via email will be answered, and any questions asked after 2 PM on Monday, March 21st will not be answered. 5. Each Offeror must visit the location prior to submitting a proposal for a clear understanding of the scope of work. Contractors to coordinate site visits with the Engineer. 6. A complete set of CSP Documents are attached to this email and each Offeror is authorized to make two (2) copies or prints as needed for the purposes of bidding, and at their own expense. The documents are not released for construction or modification at this time. 7. The Documents for this project contain detailed requirements for the qualification of Offerors. 8. Proposals shall be prepared as set forth in "INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS." 9. Offerors should be advised that, prior to award of any contract, the Owner reserves the right to conduct a pre-award survey for the purposes of determining the Offeror's responsibility and capacity to perform the contract. This survey may include review of subcontracting agreements, financial capacity, and quality of work performed in other contracts. The Offeror shall list all sub-contractors, with their references, that they are anticipating on using for any part of this work. 10. Offeror should be advised that upon execution of the Notice of Award, Owner reserves the right to terminate or revoke the notice prior to the Form of Agreement being executed. 11.
