Reference number : 1574642 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-07 Submission sent electronically accepted: No ROAD REPAIR WORKS OF DIFFERENT ROADS, PROJECT IF-2208 The Municipality requires tenders for the realization of road repair works including decohesion work, paving, leveling and resurfacing of various roads on the territory of the municipality according to the requirements of the estimate prepared for this purpose. This call for tenders is subject to the contract management regulations of the Municipality of the United Townships of Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury. The offer must be presented by a supplier having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements. The Municipality of the United Townships of Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. It also reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract without incurring any prejudice on the part of the tenderer and it releases itself from all responsibility for the costs incurred by the tenderer in the preparation of its tender. Performance bond 50% is required.
