Site work for a mixed-use development in Athol, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**Project was awarded to A. Martins & Sons Construction, Inc. in the amount of $885,393.20. Construction consisting of approx: Schedule A 840 lf water main, 520 lf sewer, 420 lf drainage and 2,980 sy road reclamation; Schedule B 6,900 sf conc sidewalk and 1,200 lf conc curb; Alternate 1 260 lf water main, 1060 sf conc sidewalk and 620 sy road reclamation The scope of work for Schedule A includes construction of approximately 840 linear feet of water main and appurtenances, 520 linear feet of sewer, 420 linear feet of storm drainage, 9 precast concrete structures, 840 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 700 linear feet of bituminous curbing, 1,100 square feet of wall removal and resetting and 2,980 square yards of road reclamation. The scope of work for Schedule B includes construction of approximately 6,900 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 1,200 linear feet of monolithic concrete curbing and 6 pedestrian ramps. The scope of work for Alternate 1 includes construction of approximately 260 linear feet of water main and appurtenances, 110 linear feet of sewer, 1,060 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 190 linear feet of bituminous curbing, 240 linear feet of monolithic concrete curb, 620 square yards of road reclamation. The estimated project cost for the Total Bid (Schedule A plus Schedule B plus Alternate) is $964,000. PN - ENG21-702
