Reference number : 1574965 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-07 Submission sent electronically accepted: No PROJECT: Closure of rue des Bouleaux PROJECT NUMBER: 2018609 The Municipality of Lyster , located in Centre-du-Québec, is requesting public tenders for the closure of rue des Bouleaux, including the complete construction of municipal sewer, drinking water and road infrastructure over a total length of approximately 300 meters. To be considered, any submission must be accompanied by: 1. A tender guarantee of at least 10% of the total amount of the tender. 2. A letter of intent from a company authorized to stand surety undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the contract, as well as a guarantee of payment wages, materials and labor equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the amount of the contract. The Municipality is not bound to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received nor to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s).
