Site work and new construction of a civil project in Bright, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
DIVISION I - 1-MG COMPOSITE ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK The Division I Projectwill be constructed as one contract consisting of: Construction of a new 1,000,000- gallon elevated water storage tank located near the intersection of WhitesHill Road and Gaynor Ridge Road. All work must be completed within 425 calendar days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. DIVISION II - NORTH DEARBORN ROAD& STATELINE ROAD WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS The Division II Projectwill be constructed as one contract consisting of: Construction of approximately 2,800+ lineal feet of new 12-inch D.I. pipe water main along North Dearborn Road from State Line Road to Henderson Road and 4,970+ lineal feet of 12- inch D.I. pipe water main along State Line Road from Sneakville Road North to North Dearborn Road, including the installation of valves,fiYngs, and hydrants and all other miscellaneous items of work necessary and as specified to make the Project complete. A bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each bid. The Tri-Township Water Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to reject bids that do not meet the qualifications outlined in this Notice or in the bidding documents and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding process or in any bid.
