Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the project. Please drive to the rear of the facility and ring the doorbell at the rear door. All questions concerning the project shall be addressed to Shelly Drewry, (770) 794-5697, e-mail SDrewry@mariettaga.gov Questions will not be responded to after Friday, March 11, 2022at 4:00 PM. Answers will be provided and shared with all bidders. One contract will be awarded covering all the work The time for completion shall be 120 calendar days for the base bid items. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check on a duly organized bank made payable to the City of Marietta or a bid bond executed by the bidder and surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia, in the sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid. Said check or bond will be returned to unsuccessful bidders as soon as the Contract between the Owner and the successful bidder has been executed by the Owner.
