Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work to be performed shall include: Replacement of equip-ment. at five existing wastewa-ter pumping stations, referred to as Wastewater Lift. Stations 5, 6, 8, 11, and 15. This includes, but is not limited to: Removal of and replacement of pumping equip-ment, piping, and appurtenances within existing wetwells and valve vaults; installation and operation of temporary bypass pumping sta-tions; site work including yard pip-ing:, fencing, concrete, and HM.A paving; modification of electrical power and control systems in out-door enclosures; removal of and replacement of emergency power generator systems and connection. to existing power systems; HMA restoration for trenches and exca-vations; HMA overlay; landscape restoration; and other work nec-essary to complete the Project. Engineer's Estimate for this work is $3315,500 to $3,839,000. All bid. proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashier's check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five per-cent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alter-nates. The City of Redmond; in accor-dance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; hereby noti-fies all bidders that it affir-matively ensure that in any con-tract entered into pursuant to this advertisement., disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 will be afforded full oppor-tunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or gender in consideration for an award. Small, minority and women-owned business are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or :irregu-larities in the bid or in the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in th.e best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
