Renovation of a museum in Austin, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services for the design of a multi-faceted events space in the Bullock Texas State History Museum Austin Room. Professional services needed include space planning, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for complete renovation and interior build out and refinishing of the 7120 ft. event space. The area is located on the third floor of the Bullock Texas State History Museum at 1800 N. Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701. Total budget for the complete project, including design and construction, is three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000.00). Construction documents should be completed no later than August 31, 2022. Deadline for Submission of Questions 3/14/2022 @ 5:00 PM CT All questions will result in written responses with copies posted to the ESBD at: portal. If Respondents do not have Internet access, copies may be obtained through the point of contact listed in Section I. When considering best value and award, SPB reserves the right to set a minimum requirement regarding the weighted criteria listed in paragraph 4 above. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
