1. It is the intent of this solicitation to pre-qualify CONTRACTORS to provide and perform audio/visual system maintenance, repairs, support, upgrades and new installations on a task authorization basis. The County is seeking experienced professional and licensed CONTRACTORS to provide these services as required. 2. The Awarded Contractor(s) will be responsible for the performance of these services on a task authorization basis and will ensure that all aspects of the task authorization project services are completed in a timely, legal and efficient manner. The Awarded Contractor(s) will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, tools, chemicals, and all other accessories, services and activities necessary for the provision of services specified herein, on a per-task authorization project basis, throughout Osceola County, and will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations pertaining to the performance of the services. 3. The Task Authorization process is a simple process through which requesting department will, upon identification of work that is needed, will reach out to the pool of awarded CONTRACTORS with a written scope of work and a proposed schedule and request Question End Date 3/11/2022 12:00 PM Anticipated Award Date 5/2/2022
