VIA is currently looking for services for providing potable water sampling analysis for all VIA water line point properties across Canada, at the frequency of being carried out once a year. The service includes to collect water sample for all water line point properties on an annual basis, send the water samples to accredited laboratory (conforming to the regulations of Health Canada) for testing, and provide VIA the testing reports. The list of VIA water line point stations could be found in the Invitation to Tender document. Tenderer's tender must cover all the geographic locations listed in VIA water line point stations. In order to submit a tender, the Tenderer must be able to comply with the following mandatory criteria: The Tenderer must be able to provide services in both Canada's official languages. The Tenderer's tender must cover all the geographic locations listed in PART "B", APPENDIX "B". Analysis to be performed by an Accredited Laboratory Company. The Tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of industrial experience in potable water sampling analysis.
