In general, the Work consists of replacing the electrical equipment at the Owners Water Plant No. 3. MUD25 #E30 - KGI #4207 The Contractor shall achieve substantial completion of the Work not later than 360 Calendar Days and Final Completion not later than 390 Calendar Days after the Date of Commencement of the Work, subject to adjustments of the Contract Time as provided in Contract Documents. Work under this contract may consist of, but are not necessarily limited to, the following tasks: 1. Remove and replace the CenterPoint Service Bus Weather head, along with new exposed conduit and new conductors between the new service and Main Breaker. 2. Remove and replace the existing Main Breaker, along with new conductors between the Main Breaker and the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). 3. Remove and replace the existing ATS, along with new conductors from the Generator to the new ATS, and from the ATS to the Motor Control Center (MCC). 4. Disassemble and remove the existing MCC. Provide new MCC in sections that will fit through the existing Control Room door and assemble proposed MCC in existing space. Provide new grounding bushings and conductors. All control and SCADA conductors routed through the MCC are to be removed and replaced. 5. Modify the existing Auto-Sensory Panel (ASP) as shown on the Drawings.
