Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Contract No. 1 Design a system upgrade to the electrical instrumentation and control systems (EI&C) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for the City's twelve (12) sanitary sewer lift stations ('LS'). Historically Underutilized Businesses(HUBs) are encouraged to submit a proposal. Each proposal must be received before the stated time on the day the proposals are due. The City shall not be responsible for any verbal communication between any employee of the City and any potential firm. Only written requirements and qualifications will be considered. The City of West University Place reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed the most advantageous to the City. A start date has not been set. The contract is anticipated to be awarded at the City Council meeting on March 28, 2022. The deadline to ask questions is 3/08/2022 12:00 AM CST
