Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of April 1, 2022 This project is already awarded to Prometheus Construction, awarded amount not available. Slope stabilization, footbridge repair, and other miscellaneous improvements. The project is located at the West Portal Entrance to the Irrigation Tunnel (TMK 5-3- 003:001) and Waikolu Valley East Portal (TMK 6-1-001:002) Molokai, Hawaii. The work will consist of the following: West Portal (TMK 5-3-003:001) o Widen two doorways on pump control building and replace a third door Waikolu Valley East Portal (TMK 6-1-001:002) o Access Bridge for Dam 2 and Pump 24 Replacement of wood planks with FRP grating at steel bridge Replacement of damaged steel bridge members Refurbish corroded steel bridge members Replace existing steel approach structure Remove lead contaminated paint on bridge and repaint o Access Walkway to Dam 1 and 3 Repair damaged walkway and Replace portions of existing walkway Perform scaling operation to existing hillside and install anchor wire mesh netting above walkway Use rock and dirt from slope to repair rutted dirt road o Lower Diversion Dam Restore undermined area of concrete spillway Replace old steel grating with new and install continuity plate o Diversion/Intake Structure 1 Repair rip rap and install new steel grating with hinges The estimated cost of construction fortheBASEBID and all ADDITIVES is $ 12,000,000. Completion- 210 consecutive calendar days
