Site work and paving for a road / highway in Christiana, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All bids must be accompanied by a Certificate of Insurance. The work for which Construction Bids are asked includes the following; 1. Pulverize existing roadway. 2. The delivery of additional road base aggregates. 3. The delivery and the application of hot mix asphalt pavement to roadway. 4. Shouldering new hot mix pavement. Contractors are encouraged to visit the project site and become familiar with the general site conditions that may affect cost, progress and performance of the work to be completed. Bidders may also contact Russell Haakenson at 608-632-4044 for project information. Bid proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of the bid opening. The Town of Christiana reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in the bidding procedure and award the contract to the bidder, who in the opinion of the Town Board, will be the most advantageous for the Town.
