Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
BID SECURITY AMOUNT: Bid security in the form of a bid bond shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS: Payment and Performance Bonds in an amount equal to 100% of Contract amount are not required as a condition of award but ARE required as a Condition of Contract. Other insurances are required as identified by the specifications. Personal bonds will not be accepted 1. A new year-round open pavilion and a new concession building which includes public restrooms serving the beach. 2. A new amphitheater with open aired stage and back of house. 3. Other site improvements which include turn around drive, overflow event parking, trails, and site lighting.
