Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Please reach out to Sarah Grainger regarding bidding documents EM: SGrainger@viroqua-wisconsin.com The City of Viroqua is accepting bids for concrete sidewalk replacement to be completed in 2022 but after June 30th 2022. The City has identified approximately 6,300 sq. ft. of hazardous sidewalk to be replaced at roughly 100 locations. *Property owners have the right to remedy their hazards so specific quantities of replacement are not known and may be greatly reduced.* The City is requesting bids for 4" and 6" concrete sidewalk at a per square foot unit price. Bids shall include all removal, re-installing a 6 base (if necessary) clean up and restoration. Material and work must meet or exceed specifications of the State of Wisconsin DOT. The City of Viroqua reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
