Reference number : 1574248 The City of Matane is requesting bids for heritage restoration work on the exterior of the Mont-Castor ski chalet, located at 238, route du Centre-de-Ski in Matane. Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION In addition to contractors with an establishment in Quebec, those who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental contract liberalization agreement applicable to the municipality are authorized to bid for the execution of the work. Any bid must, to be valid, be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bank draft, bond or bank guarantee valid for a period of ninety (90) days in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, including taxes , and issued in the name of the VILLE DE MATANE. Bids received by facsimile or e-mail are not accepted. Bids received after the cut-off time will be returned to bidders unopened.. Deadline for submitting complaints (DDP): March 9, 2022. Deadline for responding to complaints (DRP): March 18, 2022. Ville de Matane does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
