The Right Is Reserved by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission to Reject Any or All Bids. Any Contractor Who Desires to Bid on the Project(S) Involved in the Bid Opening Must Have a Contractor Questionnaire on File in the Office of the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission at Least Seven Full Days (168 Hours) Prior to the Time of Bid Opening. A New Contractor Questionnaire Must Be Filed Annually Except That the Commission May Request a New Questionnaire at Any Time. MODOT - F03 - ITS Maintenance *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Replace 11 existing dynamic message signs (DMS) with contractor furnished full color matrix DMSs with a pixel pitch of 20 mm in St. Louis County. Five of the DMSs are mounted on butterfly trusses along arterial roadways approaching the U.S. 67 (Lindbergh Blvd.) tunnel at Lambert International Airport. Two of the DMSs are mounted on the entrance to the tunnel and four are mounted on the ceiling of the tunnel. New DMS controllers shall be installed in new cabinets for roadside DMSs and in existing cabinets for tunnel DMSs. At the roadside sites provide equipment cabinets, foundations and relocate Ethernet switches with fiber optic connections. The work also includes modifying existing electrical conductors and fiber optic cabling to service the new equipment cabinets at the roadside locations. At the tunnel DMS locations the existing power cabling will be reused, but the DMS control cables will need to be replaced. DMS control cable shall be a multimode fiber optic cable. Replace the existing analog and older IP CCTV cameras with new IP CCTV cameras at 181 locations in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County and Franklin County. One hundred sixty seven dome style IP CCTV cameras will be installed on existing poles using new mounting brackets provided by the camera manufacturer. At the U.S. 67 tunnel under Lambert Airport there are six barrel style cameras to be installed on existing fixed mounting brackets and eight barrel style cameras with positioners to be installed on existing mounting brackets. New cabling shall also be installed between the new cameras and the existing cabinet, except for cameras mounted on high mast light towers. In the existing cabinets, the new power injector shall be installed and connected to power and the existing Ethernet switch or media converter PN - FAS S503(2)
