Renovation of a municipal facility in Detroit, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,600-square-foot municipal facility.
General: Designated roof replacement and related work on Roof Areas: Wing B, Wing D, Wing G, Wing H, Courtyard 10 and Courtyard 14 at the Cadillac Place Building totaling approximately 18,600 sq. ft. of roofing. Location- 3044 W. Grand Blvd, Detroit MI 48202 (a) Wings B, D, G & H; Courtyard 10: New single ply roof assembly; Contractor to remove existing roof system concrete substrate and install a new roof system. Complete work in a manner required by the single ply manufacturer in order to provide the State of Michigan a 20-year material and installation warranty for the entire roof system. (b) Courtyard 14: New single ply roof assembly: Contractor to remove existing roof system and metal decking to existing steel framing; install new metal decking and a new roof system.
