Site work and paving for a road / highway in Weston, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
2022 Ross Ave Milling and Paving Project Approximately 6110 Sq Yds - Mill full depth (anticipated thickness 5") and pave using WisDOT approved hot mix asphalt compacted to an average thickness of 5 inches in two lifts. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price, payable to the Village of Weston as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed contract and bonds within 15 days of the award of the contract. The Village of Weston reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. A Performance Bond, and also a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, together with the executed contract in the form prescribed by the Village of Weston will be required by the successful bidder. The Village of Weston also reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding.
