Saving Project...

Renovation of a detention facility in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The Washington County Facilities Management Office is seeking bids to replace a conveyor type dishwasher in the Washington County Jail kitchen located at 500 Rolfs Avenue, West Bend WI 53090. This project generally consists of removing and disposing the existing conveyor type dishwasher and installing a new dishwashing system (acceptable manufacturer includes Hobart or equivalent as provided in the bid specifications) along with all related components and supplies by July 1, 2022. Bid security is required and shall be by a qualified surety in the form of a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, and shall be submitted with the bid. Failure to submit the required bid security as part of the firmis sealed bid will result in immediate rejection of the firm's bid. Accepted bidder will also be required, as a condition precedent to award of contract, to furnish in the amount of 100% of the contract price, satisfactory Performance/Payment Bond and acceptable Certificate of Insurance. Furthermore, Washington County reserves the right to cancel any order or contract for failure of the successful bidder to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of the bid request and/or contract. Washington County reserves the right to award the bid in the aggregate or by item or like item groups (where applicable) to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder who complies with the specifications, service and can meet the requirements of this bid.
