Reference number : 1575026 Review Title : Annual maintenance of septic systems of secondary, advanced secondary and tertiary types Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-07 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Tenders are requested for the annual maintenance of secondary, advanced secondary and tertiary septic systems on the territory of the City of Saint-Basile-le-Grand. The tender documents are available on the website of the Electronic Tendering System and can be obtained according to the tariff in effect. To be valid, tenders must be presented on the tender documents provided by the City and must be accompanied by Appendix IV Declaration of the tenderer of the contract management regulations duly completed and signed. The bid must also be accompanied by a bid guarantee issued by an insurance company for an amount equal to 5% of the total value of the bid, taxes included, payable to the City of Saint-Basile-le-Grand. This guarantee must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tenders. The deadline to file a complaint is March 7, 2022 and the deadline to respond is March 11, 2022. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidders.
