Base bid to include flush out and cleaning out o all piping in boiler system and install new glycol at 30% solution. Alternate bid #1: Vendor to flush out and clean out all piping in boiler system. Install new Glycol: Dowfrost HD 50% is industrial-grade inhibited propylene glycol, and has a lower freezing point. DOT Boiler is a : Weil-McClain Ultra 299 This is a sales tax exempt project. Davis- Bacon Wages to not apply to this project. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Jody McNaughton (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Jody McNaughton in writing preferably through the ION wave Bid system.
