Site work for a road / highway in Colfax, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The project entails repair and sealing of two paved trail segments, one 1.34 miles long and the other 1.24 miles long (Approximate lengths) both 10' wide. - Sweep and prepare two existing trail segments for re-sealing - Repair and crack seal all cracks prior to asphalt seal - Block access to the trail segments during work window with industry standard barriers and signs - Seal trail segments with industrial grade Asphalt Base Sealer - Re-paint all trail markings, if applicable. Port will remove weeds in cracks prior to project. Work window for this project is April or the first half of May 2022 prior to the Memorial Day weekend. This bid is a lump sum bid. No bid guaranty will be required for this project. There will be no pre-bid meeting. Bidders are encouraged to inspect or investigate the site of Work prior to submitting a Bid. The port shall contact Boyer Concessionaire regarding contractor days of work. Awarded contractor must coordinate with port staff a minimum of ten days prior to mobilization to ensure Concessionaire is informed. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately following the specified closing time. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Port reserves the right to reject any or all offers if such action is in the best interest of the Port and waives informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. Bids may be delivered by mail, e-mailed in PDF form, or delivered in person.
