First, the Project aims to restore a wooden footbridge in the Cap-Saint-Jacques nature park. The new footbridge will allow small service vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians to cross wetlands in wooded areas. The Project provides, among other things, for the removal of the existing footbridge, the construction of a new wooden footbridge with a steel structure resting on prefabricated concrete foundations, the installation of stone screening surfaces, the planting plants and hydraulic seeding. The Project also aims to replace a dry pit toilet at the Bois-de-l'Ile-Bizard nature park. The new dry pit cabinet will replace the existing one, which was set on fire in the fall of 2021. Among other things, the Project provides for the construction of a wooden shelter, the construction of a pit, the installation of surfaces in stone screening and hydraulic seeding. Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
