Town of Saugerties invites the submission of Individual Sealed Bid Proposals for performing the work entitled, Saugerties Chiller Replacement located at 6 Small World Avenue in the Town of Saugerties, Ulster County, New York. Checks for documents shall be made payable to Praetorius and Conrad, P.C.Pursuant to New York State Executive Law Article 15-A and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, NYSDEC is required to promote opportunities for the maximum feasible participation of New York State-certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises ("MWBEs") and the employment of minority group members and women in the performance of NYSDEC contracts All bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. OGS hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs).
