Renovation of a residential development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The contractor will paint in designated vacant units; clean in designated vacant units; clean and paint in designated vacant units; or clean, paint and make required repairs in designated vacant units including wall and ceiling repairs; kitchen and lavatory cabinet repairs; replacement of window screens; replacement of receptacles, outlets, and switch covers; spot repair of VCT and cove base; painting preparation and painting and cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings, appliances, and fixtures; pressure washing of exterior areas; and the replacement of filters in heating and cooling units. The contractor will repair and/or replace up to thirty (30) squares of VCT per designated vacant unit. All questions must be sent to HPHA by 12:00 p.m. on March 9, 2022. Any addenda will be issued by 12:00 p.m. on March 11, 2022. Contract for work under this RFP will obligate the Contractor to not discriminate in employment practices. HPHA encourages minority owned, women owned and Section 3 businesses to participate. HPHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive minor informalities in the bidding/RFP process.
