Demolition and site work for an office development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a office development; and for site work for a office development.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of; MAN-ROLAND Model SO499 SO9347 FLEXOMAN (Units #1-18) printing press, paper storage-rack system, conveyor system(s), packaging and bundling equipment; ink storage, pumps and delivery (piping) system; bailing and compacting machinery; electrical components including operator control boards, various electric sorting equipment, electrical panels and related conduit, digital drive system; printing plates; and fluids, chemicals associated with the equipment to be removed. Removal shall include all components, stands, anchors, etc. down to floor level. Handling and disposal of potentially hazardous materials shall conform to acceptable industry standards, and shall comply with any applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules, regulations or guidelines. If selected, Contractor shall provide an OSHA-compliant Health and Safety Plan and coordinate appropriately with the Fresno Fire Department.
