Construction, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Concrete/Formed/Flatwork/Foundation, Fittings and Valves, Property Appraisal/Right of Way Acquisitions, Fire Hydrant, Concrete/Shotcrete/Sprayed, Grade and Surface, Pavement Resurface and Rehabilitation, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Portable Toilets, Materials, Equipment and Supplies, Directional Bore, Directional Drilling, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Architectural/Engineering Services (RFP/RFQ), Geotechnical, Paving (Highway, Road or Street) The work for which bids are asked includes the following: 185 LF of 8-inch HDPE watermain H.D.D., 150 LF of casing pipe jacking, 200 LF of Cl. 52 watermain, 190 LF of 1-inch copper water service, 1 EA sanitary manhole, 250 ton of asphaltic concrete pavement, and all ancillary items necessary to complete the work. The anticipated substantial completion date is 08/26/22 and final completion date is 09/02/22. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of the amount bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. BIDDER is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within the 72 hours of bid opening to MSA Professional Services, Inc., Attn: Charles Schwartz, PE, 60 Plato Boulevard East, Suite 140, St. Paul, MN 55107-1835. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder as soon as the contract is signed, and if after 15 days the bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
