The Town of Moraga is seeking proposals from interested Contractors to install approximately 60 feet of removable safety fencing along a concrete patio at the Hacienda de las Flores located at 2100 Donald Drive in Moraga, California The work would involve the purchase of materials and installation of aluminum, steel or wrought iron fencing similar to pool deck fencing (example DIY Universal Fence Meriden) with female anchors inset, flush-mounted and epoxied into concrete slab, white metal fence posts mounted to anchors, installing 6'' long by 48"-54"" tall white metal fence panels (picket spacing less than 4", bottom horizontal rail 2" above ground, middle rail 45" above bottom rail, and a top horizontal rail), and any ancillary work to complete fence. The work would be for a Public Agency, requiring compliance with California labor and contract code, including prevailing wage, bonds and insurance information shall be submitted before acceptance of bid. The Contractor for this work shall be licensed by the Contractor's State Licensing Board as either C-13 - Fencing Contractor or A - General Engineering Contractor.
