This work includes, in particular, the renovation of mechanical rooms, the replacement of boilers, the replacement of the heating system, the replacement of water heating with electric heating, the replacement of electrical entrances and asbestos work. Start of Works: June 25, 2022 Early possession of the Works (with the exception of premises 115 and 130, in accordance with the phasing of the Works) must take place no later than August 19, 2022. Acceptance with reservation of all the work must be completed no later than 07 October 2022. Acceptance without reservation of all the work must be completed no later than 24 October 2022. The Contractor should note that the Works carried out after August 19, 2022, will be carried out during the Occupancy Period and must comply with the specific rules for carrying out the Works during the Occupancy Period provided for in clause 10.24.
