This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-22-Q-0006 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 30 days from the issued Notice to Proceed. This requirement is to replace an HVAC system at DLA Richmond Va.
