The County of San Diego is seeking proposals from firms interested in providing Biopsychosocial Rehabilitation (BPSR) Wellness Recovery Centers ("Offerors"). The County intends to award up to three (3) contracts total, one each of the following lots. The estimated range for the total contract amount, including start-up and incentives, per lot is as follows: Lot 1 Central Region (zip codes 92102, 92113, 92114, 92139) $18,721,750 - $24,962,333 Lot 2 South Region, Southern Area (zip codes 92173, 92154, 91932) $20,116,598 - $26,822,130 Lot 3 South Region, Northern Area (zip codes 91910, 91911, 91902, 91950, 91913) $19,019,226 - $25,358,968 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The contract term is anticipated to be an initial (base) period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year options.
