The Town of Kirkland is requesting tenders for the REHABILITATION OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES on GINGERWOOD Street, located in the Town of Kirkland The work to be performed is the excavation of existing pavement structures, spraying / stabilization, construction of foundations, lighting, paving, curbs, sidewalks as well as the replacement of the aqueduct and the lining of the sanitary and storm sewers as well as all related work described in the specifications. Roads: - Areas 3,750 m2 - Borders 900 ml Street lighting: - Pipes 50 mm CPV rigi 450 ml . - Traverse 20 ml - Connections 15 un. - Replacement of lamppost bases 14 un. Sewer works: - Frames and covers (catch basins and manholes) 28 un. - Replacement or installation of a new sump type P4 8 un. - Sanitary pipe liner (300mm dia.) 450 ml - Rain pipe liner (300 and 375 mm dia.) 440 ml Aqueduct works: - Excavation and replacement of aqueduct (150 dia.) 460 ml - Replacement of various shut-off valves 9 un. - Replacement of fire hydrant 3un. QUALIFICATION Only companies having their principal place of business in the province of Quebec are authorized to bid for this project or when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable.
To be eligible, all bidders must meet the eligibility conditions listed in the tender documents and refer to the tender documents in order to meet the compliance conditions set out therein.
The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, without incurring any obligation or expense of any kind towards the bidder(s). In addition, the City reserves the right to disregard any defect deemed minor in a bid if this does not break the rule of equality between bidders.
