LakeVille Community Schools District is seeking proposals for the design/build services to replace and decommission of the existing well system at LakeVille Memorial High School, 12455 Wilson Road, Otisville, MI 48463. LakeVille Community School District reserves the right to reject any/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein. The School District reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the School District. This project is being sold as a turnkey project and will be ready for use upon any required local and state inspections. System must carry a warranty of at least five years and a contractor labor warranty for at least one year from the final installation date. drilling a 330 well through bedrock to set a 6.25 PVC casing up to 180 into said well; to pull existing pump from old well and install pump, testing drop piping and pump prior to installing into new well; piping, and wire in new well; install 6 x 2 pitless adapter; excavate and install newpoly line, splice into existing line, and electrical up to 50 ; provide surface completion around the area of the well head to be sloped away from the well; to provide needed testing for yield and water quality to deem whether they are acceptable or not; to decommission the existing well so that water cannot enter the aquifer from the surface. Pull necessary permits required for the Village of Otisville, County of Genesee, and the State of Michigan. All debris must be removed off school property by the successful bidder
