Services are to be provided on an "as and when requested basis". Generally this will involve typical industrial, electrical and mechanical construction and repair actions along with maintenance and minor mechanical renovation services. Building types include hangars, general office complexes, churches, living quarters, classrooms, training facilities, industrial and technical workshops, equipment and vehicle maintenance facilities, supply and storage warehouses and other military facilities. Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $350,000.00 for the initial one year term. Extension opportunities exist for one additional 1-year period. The estimated overall value of this opportunity, if fully extended is $700,000.00. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screeniing (DOS) at the level of RELIABILITY, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
