Description: The Oregon State Police ("OSP") is soliciting bids from reputable and licensed contracting firms for construction work at OSP's Warrenton office located at 2320 SE Dolphin Ave. Warrenton, OR 97146 Specifications: 1. Bollards Source and install 4 galvanized steel bollards with gray sleeves in front of building lobby doors to building. Bollards shall be installed 4' apart, either core drill cemented to existing concrete or anchored in sono tubes and concrete at 2.5' depth. Bollards must be 3.5-4' tall from ground level. Mandatory Requirements: o All attendees are required to wear a mask while on OSP property. o Bids must be all inclusive, i.e.: labor, parts, materials, permitting (if required), and any other necessary component to satisfactorily complete the job. o Must abide by OR OSHA standards and rules. o Must hold an active CCB license in good standing and carry Commercial General Liability, Automotive, and Worker's Comp Insurance. Bid Evaluation: A contract will be awarded in the form of a Purchase Order to the lowest-price bidder who agrees to and meets all the mandatory requirements, taking into account additional considerations such as experience, expertise, contractor responsibility.
