Site work for a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Ground Improvements Garco Construction, Inc. (General Contractor/Construction Manager) is requesting SEALED proposals from qualified contractors for above scope of work. The scope of work will be outlined in the Contract Documents. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in Contract Specifications. A Bid Bond is required for any bid $300,000 or above. SEALED bid proposals will be accepted (and must be submitted) PRIOR to the time listed above at the office of Garco Construction, Inc., E. 4114 Broadway, Spokane, WA 99202 Garco Construction and Spokane Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities on bids received.
