Project no- 19-186.C1, REF PDC 518 Manzanita Hall Tenant Improvements Phase II Interior tenant improvements, including: o 12 - single occupant offices o 1 - 2 person group office o 1 - 3 person group office o 1 - Dean's Office o 2 - Institute offices o Break Room o Conference Room o Copy/Mail Room o Mechanical Room o Data Closet o 2 Storage Rooms o 2 - Unfinished Open Offices o Stairway improvements o Front entry stair and sloped walk (exterior) o A future elevator shall be located to the north side of the building adjacent to the mechanical room o Total Primary Interior Area (2 nd Floor): 6,653 SF o Total Add Alt Interior Area (2 nd Floor): 3,548 SF Architect's construction estimate is $2,424,257. The Trustees require the successful bidder to achieve three percent (3%) DVBE participation in contracting construction projects as established in the bidding documents, and bidders shall identify the DVBEs to be used to satisfy this requirement in their bids For general questions related to this bid and project please contact daniel.brown@csuci.edu.
