Renovation of an educational facility in Homer, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A 5% Bid Bond will be required before any bid is read aloud: 100% Performance, Labor, and Material Bid will be required. Project Start: June 15, 2022 Completion: by August 15, 2022 The project consists of installing Carlisle's Sure-Seal (black) Adhered Roofing System as outlined below: Apply the Fully Adhered EPDM Roofing System in conjunction with polisocyanurate after tear off of the existing roof to expose the roof deck for verification of suitable substrate as specified in this specification. Included in the tear off of the existing roof will be the removal of all old exhaust venting and the brick chimney.
