The contractor shall carry out the plumbing and piping works in accordance with the estimates, according to the unit prices indicated in the price schedule. The public body does not undertake to accept any submissions received. The bidder must accompany his bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to five per cent (5%) of the total price proposed in his bid. This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, issued in favor of the public body by a financial institution as defined in the régie. The bidder must also attach to its bid a letter of commitment signed by a surety guaranteeing the issuance of a performance bond and a guarantee of the obligations of the contractor for wages, materials and services, which must be, each, an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the contract (3 years). Please note that any question that may be sent during the spring break (February 28 to March 4, 2022) will be answered on the Monday following the end of the spring break.
