Federal Aid No. N/A CFDA: Pre-bid Meeting: No Location: Kent County The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for addressing non-compliant pedestrian connections that were not addressed on previous pave and rehabs. Pedestrian connections, curb and utility adjustments, and pavement markings. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. All work on this contract must be complete within 120 Calendar Days. The Contract Time includes an allowance for 0 Weather Days. The Department's intent is to issue a Notice to Proceed for work to start on or about May 23, 2022. Each proposal must be accompanied by a deposit of either surety bond or security for a sum equal to at least 10% of the amount bid.
