This is a presolicitation notice. Purpose of this requirement is to repair five damaged bridges on the Colorado River Indian Tribe (CRIT) reservation. Repairs will include restoration and repair of damaged bridge rail/guardrail systems and other related minor bridge repairs. Successful contractor will provide and install 60 tons of rip rap. Preference will be given to Indian small business economic enterprises (ISBEEs) in accordance with Dept. of Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR) Part 1480. Any ISBEE must pay no more than 75% of total contract cost (excluding materials) to a "non-similarly situated entity." A non-similarly situated entity is defined as any non-ISBEE. The proposed project is under NAICS code 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a $39.5 million/year size standard. The estimated issue date for request for quotations is on/around 3/10/2022. Successful contractor may be required to pay Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) tribal tax to the CRIT Tribe. CRIT Tribe's TERO Office will be included in the solicitation. Interested vendors must be licensed in the State of Arizona, and respond to this notice by 3/9/2022, 11:00 a.m. EST.
