1. All temporary fences, and general protection system for the students, faculty, and public for this portion of the Work. 2. Protection of existing facades, sidewalks, landscaping, etc. to remain. 3. Temporary waterproofing at all roof penetrations where mechanical or other equipment is removed during progression of the Work, and where building remains open for more than 8 hours. 4. Removal of existing accessories, insulation, edge metal, gutters, downspouts, flashings, curbs, etc., removal/replacement of existing mechanical/electrical equipment and exhaust fans. 5. Furnish and installation of new PVC roofing system at all buildings (north/south classrooms and cafeteria), Reroofing of McLain Attendance Center (Classrooms and Cafeteria) You are hereby invited to submit a sealed bid (or at the Bidders option, electronically submitted Bids) for Reroofing of McLain Attendance Center (Classrooms and Cafeteria) for the Greene County School District.
