The Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority (the Authority ), is the owner and operator of Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colorado and is soliciting Requests for Proposals for roofing contactors. The proposer must supply all information required by the Request for Proposals for Roofing Contractors. The Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in the submittals and to select the proposer deemed to be in the best interest of the Airport. The roof on the office portion of Unit A at 12180 E. Control Tower Rd., Englewood, CO, 80112, has begun to leak due to storm damage. The estimated total square footage of the roof to be replaced is about 1,900 sq ft. The Authority is seeking all-inclusive bids to remove then replace the roofing material. It is the Authority's intention to complete this work as soon as possible and no later than May 1, 2022. Material: at least a 60 mil single ply membrane plus all other materials necessary in replace the roofing. Labor: Proposals shall include all labor costs as part of the total job cost. Permits: Proposals shall include the cost of all permits in the total job cost Waste: Proposals shall include the cost of waste removal in the total job cost. Drains: Prior to beginning of the replacement of the roof the drains will need to be snaked and cleared to ensure they are not obstructed; proposals shall include this cost in the total job cost. Taxes: The Authority is tax exempt. All taxes should be excluded from this proposal
